To apply this cream wash your face and pat it dry. Apply little quantities of the cream on your face in circular motion and leave it for the night. You can wash it off the next morning.

APPLE NIGHT CREAM

Apples are rich in Beta- carotene, malic acid, Vitamin A, B & C and abundant in antioxidant which helps your skin look youthful and radiant.

To prepare the cream, deseed and apple and cut it into small cubes. Grind the apple to pulp and add 2 tsp olive oil or almond oil and let the mixture reach a smooth consistency. Heat this mixture on a slow flame and then leave it to cool. Once it cools down add 2 tsp of rose water to it. If you have a problem of acne you could also add a little cinnamon, turmeric or nutmeg to the mixture and mix it well as they have anti- inflammatory properties. Let the mixture cool and store it in a bottle to apply later as well.

To apply this cream wash your face with a cleanser and leave it to dry. Dab the cream gently on your face and let it dry for a while before you hit the bed. Wash your face off in the morning.

GREEN TEA NIGHT CREAM
