OLIVE OIL NIGHT CREAM

Olive Oil reduces pigmentation in skin and improves the skin tone. It is effective in delaying the effects of aging on skin and moisturizes the skin. The cream usually works well for people with dry skin though people with oily skin in case they wish to use it should use it with caution.

To prepare the cream, in ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil mix 1 tsp of coconut oil and 1 tsp of beeswax and heat it on a slow flame until all melt well together. If you want you could also add few drops of essential oils like lavender or tee tree. Let it cool and store it in a container.

To apply this cream wash your face and pat it dry. Apply little quantities of the cream on your face in circular motion and leave it for the night. You can wash it off the next morning.

The cream is rich in antioxidants which will restore and repair the skin and add some elasticity to your skin.

APPLE NIGHT CREAM

Apples are rich in Beta- carotene, malic acid, Vitamin A, B & C and abundant in antioxidant which helps your skin look youthful and radiant.

To prepare the cream, deseed and apple and cut it into small cubes. Grind the apple to pulp and add 2 tsp olive oil or almond oil and let the mixture reach a smooth consistency. Heat this mixture on a slow flame and then leave it to cool. Once it cools down add 2 tsp of rose water to it. If you have a problem of acne you could also add a little cinnamon, turmeric or nutmeg to the mixture and mix it well as they have anti- inflammatory properties. Let the mixture cool and store it in a bottle to apply later as well.

To apply this cream wash your face with a cleanser and leave it to dry. Dab the cream gently on your face and let it dry for a while before you hit the bed. Wash your face off in the morning.

This cream is beneficial as it soothes acne, heals scar, revitalizes skin aging, maintains the ph balance of the skin and regenerates the skin tissues.

GREEN TEA NIGHT CREAM      

Green tea is a store house of antioxidants which are most effective against free radicals formed on the skin when it is exposed to sun rays, pollution, stress and other causes that lead to premature aging.

To prepare the cream, take 25 tbsp of pure beeswax, add to it 1 tbsp of almond oil, 1 tbsp of coconut oil and let it warm on a low flame allowing it to melt. Add green tea to it and let it all boil together. Let is slightly cool and then sieve the mixture. Once it cools down store the mixture in a clean jar for application later.

To apply clean your face with a cleanser and let it dry. On your dry face take small quantities of the cream and apply it on your face in circular motion. Leave it overnight and wash off your face the next morning.

This cream is also beneficial as an anti- bacterial as it fights acne. It is also effective in combating skin cancers by blocking the cancer causing harmful enzymes and is also effective against healing of skin ailments like psoriasis.
